Principal Bridge Engineer: Experience working on Mass Highway Projects. Must be able to design and rate steel and concrete bridges and have a minimum of 3 years of project management experience. P.E. required, preferably registered in Massachusetts. Experience with AutoCad, Virtis, STAAD/STRUDL and Leap Conspan a plus.

Structural Engineer Position: Must have 10+ years of experience. Candidate will have extensive experience with computer modeling of the building structure utilizing STAAD, RISA, and RAM.  The position will require working closely with architects and some staff oversight.  Bachelor’s degree and Massachusetts P.E. required.  LEED certification and experience with AutoCAD and Revit preferred. Electrical Engineer: Seeking Electrical Engineer for a dynamic, multi-discipline, team-focused work environment in our Boston office.Position requires a registered P.E. and LEED AP BD+C accreditation is a plus. Expertise in the design of complete electrical systems for a variety of building types is required: design lighting; power distribution.

Candidates should be able to lead a design team; have strong communication skills and excellent client relations; and have significant experience in the design of state-of-the-art building electrical systems. Ability to multi-task, be detail-oriented, have strong time management skills and leadership abilities are essential. Ability to perform life cycle cost analysis and engineering calculations. Proficiency with AutoCAD required. Skill with BIM applications preferred with REVIT experience a plus.

Candidates must have 7-10 years of related experience. Military, public safety and higher education experience is a plus.

Mechanical Engineer: Seeking Mechanical Engineer for a dynamic, multi-discipline, team-focused work environment in our Boston office.Position requires a registered P.E. and LEED AP BD+C accreditation is a plus. Expertise in the design of complex building mechanical, HVAC and plumbing, systems for commercial, industrial, public and private facilities. Experience with preparing engineering calculations (heating loads, ventilation and energy), performing energy modeling, energy audits, alternative evaluations, life cycle cost analyses, M&V and commissioning is desired.

Candidates should be able to lead a design team; have strong communication skills and excellent client relations; and have significant experience in the design of state of the art building mechanical systems. Ability to multi-task, be detail-oriented, have strong time management skills and leadership abilities are essential. Proficiency with AutoCAD required. Environmental Construction Engineer/Inspectors: Minimum of one year experience in environmental compliance inspection. Must be OSHA 40-hour HAZWOPER certified.

Senior Construction Engineer/Contract Administrator (Environmental): Requires 8+ years of environmental compliance experience. Bachelor of Science degree in engineering or related field required.

Harrisburg, Pennsylvania

Bridge Engineer: Structural Engineer with 5–8 years of experience in the engineering, analysis and design of bridges and structures for our Harrisburg office.  Bachelor’s Degree in Civil/Structural Engineering and P.E. preferred.  Candidate must have a thorough knowledge of PennDOT and PA Turnpike structure design manuals and computer programs.  Previous PennDOT and Turnpike experience a plus.

Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania

Senior Highway Engineer: With 8 to 10 years of experience in all areas of highway design. Must have thorough knowledge of PennDOT and/or Pennsylvania Turnpike procedures and AASHTO design criteria. Experience with Bentley MicroStation and InRoads preferred. BSCE required and E.I.T. or Pennsylvania P.E. preferred.

Environmental Engineer/Scientist: Entry level (1-3 years experience), requiring a BS degree (Masters preferred) in Environmental Science/Resource Management, Ecology, Biology or related field, plus 1-3 years of wetland identification/delineation, stream survey, and permitting experience. The successful candidate will have a thorough knowledge of technical requirements, expertise, and knowledge of federal and state regulations and the permitting process.

Environmental Engineer/Scientist: Requires 3-5 years experience, preferably with strong expertise in oil and gas site development and permitting to join our Pittsburgh, PA office. Individual should possess a BS degree (Masters preferred) in Environmental Science/Resource Management, Environmental Engineering, Geology, Biology or related field, plus at least 3-5 years of engineering/environmental experience and be capable of preparing Erosion and Sedimentation Pollution Control Plans. The successful candidate will have an in-depth knowledge of technical requirements, expertise in erosion and sedimentation pollution control best management practices, and knowledge of federal and state regulations and the permitting process.

Sr. Environmental Engineer/Scientist: Requires 8-10 years of experience with strong expertise in oil and gas site development and permitting to join our Pittsburgh, PA office. Individual should possess a BS degree (Masters preferred) in Environmental Science/Resource Management, Environmental Engineering, Geology, Biology, or related field, plus at least 8-10 years of engineering/environmental and project management experience. The successful candidate will have an in-depth knowledge of technical requirements, expertise in preparing complete permit packages, and in-depth knowledge of federal and state regulations and the permitting process.

Lead Environmental Planner: Candidates should have a background in NEPA, Community Planning, experience in transportation projects, particularly highway, rail and transit; must be able to lead and support the analysis of environmental impacts; ability to prepare environmental documents in compliance with applicable governing statutes; and develop and comply with appropriate permitting and mitigation monitoring processes. This position requires a Master’s Degree in Planning, Environmental or Social Science or related field plus a minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in environmental planning, documentation, assessment, permitting, and other related processes. The American Institute of Certified Planners (AICP) certification is required.
